The stanley Park Seawall is HUGE, it takes a few hours just to ride a bike around it. (click here for a map) We decided to just walk a small part of it with a camera last night as the sun began to set here. I took several pictures along the way, I hope you enjoy them :)
Just a neat view of people on the beach...
I live with the man in the hat ;)
Pansies. Lots of different flowers planted along the path.
Boats anchored in English Bay for the night
This heron found a good fishing spot in the shallow water. He caught quite a few while I was watching him.
The pool at Second Beach.
Looking across English Bay at Kitsilano.
On the way back, the lights of the West End reflected in the water...
These laughing statues always creeped me out. I didn't think it was possible, but they're creepier at night. You can find them at the corner of Denman Street and Davie Street, just steps from the seawall.
I have just recently started using Linux for my photography, and I have no idea how to edit stuff properly yet so hopefully the pics are okay :P I was spoiled using Lightroom and Photoshop for the past couple of years.
